Delivery Information
1. Item
Processing Time: The processing time for a specific order varies with the
product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 1 to 2 working
days, except holidays.
2. Package
detained or lost: Package was detained or lost for more than 3 weeks, we will
re-ship your order or do a full refund.
3. Received a
wrong package We check every item twice before we ship out. We strive to
delivery top quality goods to all our customers. We will try our very best to
resolve any defect issue as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as
soon as you discover the defect so that we work on your issue immediately.
Please include as many details as possible
about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative
sorted out for you.
4. Missed
deliveries: If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery
is attempted, your local sorting office will leave you a card. This will allow
you to call them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or
alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office. Due to
security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items
unrecorded.
